Elizabeth “Betsy” Dietz is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. She went on to attend Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing to earn another Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing (pediatrics).

 Betsy is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She is also certified as a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurse and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. She worked for three years on the General Care Pediatrics floor at MCV Hospital in downtown Richmond while earning her graduate degree.

 Betsy joined our practice in 2011. As a UVA Swimming alum, she remains an avid sports fan and continues to compete recreationally in running and swimming races. She has an interest in sports medicine and enjoys working with student athletes around the Richmond area.
