- If you would like to sign up for FollowMyHealth please contact the office and ask for a patient portal invite or fill out the form below.
RVA Pediatrics uses FollowMyHealth (FMH) as our portal platform.
Users can:
- Securely access their medical records
- View current health issues
- View appointment details and receive appointment reminders
- Request prescription refills
- View vaccine records
- Request appointments
- Check lab results
- Send and receive secure messages to providers
FollowMyHealth Account Status:

- If you would like to sign up for FollowMyHealth please contact the office and ask for a patient portal invite or fill out the form below.
If you are requesting a patient portal invite via our online form, please allow up to 72 hours to receive the invite link.
Parents requesting a portal invite on behalf of their children (under 18 years old) will be sent "proxy" patient portal invitations.
Patients 18 and older will need to call the office to request individual access.
