About Us
Welcome to RVA Pediatrics! We are a private pediatric practice based in Richmond, VA. We have been serving the Richmond and surrounding area’s families since 1961! Since then, we have grown alongside our community. Starting with two doctors, we’ve grown to seven doctors, seven nurse practitioners, and one physician’s assistant across three pediatric offices in the metropolitan Richmond area. For over 60 years, we have dedicated ourselves to providing the highest quality pediatric care to children, from newborns to young adults. Our mission is simple: we endeavor to be available, give outstanding service, and practice good quality medicine to each and every patient that enters our care. While the methods and technology have changed with the years, our commitment to our mission remains the same as it was in our conception in 1961.

Our Services
Lactation Team
At RVA Pediatrics, we support every family's right to choose how to feed their child. Breastfeeding offers numerous benefits for both the mother and child. However, some moms find they have more difficulty than others reaching their feeding goals. We’re here to help. We have a lactation team on-staff to offer support, guidance, and answer any questions you may have about feeding your new baby.
New Mom Group
Welcome to motherhood! Here at RVA Pediatrics, we understand just how exciting, and daunting, becoming a new mom can be (because a lot of us have been there ourselves!). To help share the highs and lows of your newfound motherhood, we offer a new mom group and invite all of our new moms to join our monthly meetings. 24-Hour Accessibility
As your family’s medical home, we intend to be there for you 24/7. Should you experience an urgent medical concern outside of our regular business hours, you can call our office to be connected with our nurse triage line. The nurse will consult you on at-home care and determine whether further immediate medical attention is necessary. This service could save your family from a costly urgent care visit.
